Preparations:
Open the Mask in PSP and minimize to tray
From PSP 14, 15 AND 16 there is no option for Image – Mirror & Image – Flip There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side There is a easy way to add the old Mirror and Flip options to the Image Menu I From PSP 17 the option is back
Colors:
Note: When working with your own colors, play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion
Set your Foregroundcolor to #e98d92
Set your Backgroundcolor to #fee6e4.

The tutorial:

Open a new transparent image of 900 x 550 px
Effects – Plugins – Mehdi – Wavy Lab 1.1 – Colors will be adjusted automatically, if you use your own colors you can colorize after the Mehdi effect.

Layers – New Raster Layer
Selections – Select All
Open Tube “Drevers_woman_220”
Note: If you are using tubes and colors of your own, it is best to use the tube provided in the Materials for this step, otherwise the result will be different. You can colorize it to match your work.
Edit – Copy
Minimize to tray, you need it again later
On your work image: Edit – Paste Into Selection
Selection Tool – Rectangle – Custom Selection:
Adjust – Blur – Radial Blur.
Selections – Select None
Effects – Plugins – Mehdi – Weaver
Effects – Image Effects – Seamless Tiling – Preset Side by Side.

Layers – Duplicate
Effects – Plugins – Filter Factory Q – Archie’s Spirals.
Image – Resize – 110% – Resize all Layers not checked
Layer Palette – Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to “Overlay” and the Layer Opacity to 75
Your work and Layer Palette look like this now:

Layer Palette: Change the Foregroundcolor to #ffffff
Layers – New Raster Layer
Fill with the Foregroundcolor
Layers – New Mask Layer – From Image – masker les 126.
Layers – Merge – Merge Group

Open Tube “deco bloem les 126”
Edit – Copy
On your work image: Edit – Paste As New Layer
Effects – Image Effects – Offset.
Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow – Color #000000.
Layer Palette – Double click on this Layer and set the Layer Opacity of this Layer to 60.

Open Tube “MR_Columbine”
Edit – Copy
On your work image: Edit – Paste As New Layer
Image – Resize – 50% – Resize all Layers not checked
Image – Mirror – Mirror Horizontal ( Image – Mirror in previous PSP Versions)
Effects – Image Effects – Offset.
Layer Palette – Double click on this Layer and set the Layer Opacity of this Layer to 50.

Move a little bit down to the Edge of the Image.

Optional: Image – Resize – Width 900 Pixels – Resize all Layers checked
Add your name or watermark, save as JPG file and you’re done!
