Preparations:
Open the Masks in PSP and minimize to tray
Double Click on the Eye Candy Preset, it will be imported automatically
From PSP 14, 15 AND 16 there is no option for Image – Mirror & Image – Flip There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side There is a easy way to add the old Mirror and Flip options to the Image Menu I have written a tutorial you can find it HERE. From PSP 17 the option is back

Note: When working with your own colors, play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion
Set your Foregroundcolor to #333a46
Set your Backgroundcolor to #7c8da9
Color Palette: Set your Foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) – Style: Linear.

Open a new transparent image of 900 x 550 px
Fill with the Gradient
Adjust – Blur – Gaussian Blur – 20.

Layers – New Raster Layer
Selections – Select All
Open Tube “Gabry-woman 966”
Note: If you are using a tube of your own the result may be different, if you want the same result you can use this tube for this step. You can colorize it to match your work.
Edit – Copy
On your work image: Edit – Paste Into Selection
Selections – Select None
Adjust – Blur – Radial Blur.
Effects – Plugins – Mehdi – Weaver.
Effects – Plugins – Flaming Pear – Flood.

Open Tube “zeegezicht”
Note: If you are using a tube of your own make sure it has the same size
Edit – Copy
On your work image: Edit – Paste As New Layer.
Layer Palette – Double click on this Layer and set the Layer Opacity of this Layer to 85.

Color Palette: Set the Background color to #ffffff
Layers – New Raster Layer
Fill with the Backgroundcolor #ffffff ( Right Mouse Click)
Layers – New Mask Layer – From Image – Masker LF 189 – Source luminance Checked – Invert mask data checked
Layers – Merge – Merge Group
Image – Mirror – Mirror Horizontal ( Image – Mirror in previous PSP Versions).

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked – 14 px – Backgroundcolor #ffffff
