Preparations:

Install Jasc Animation Shop
Open all files in PSP

From PSP 14, 15 AND 16 there is no option for Image – Mirror & Image – Flip There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side There is a easy way to add the old Mirror and Flip options to the Image Menu I have written a tutorial you can find it HERE. From PSP 17 the option is back

Colors:

Note: When working with your own colors, play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion

Set your Foregroundcolor to #ffffff

Set your Backgroundcolor to #8488b8

Color Palette: Set your Foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) – Style: Sunburst.

Open a new transparent image of 900 x 600 px
Fill with the Gradient.

Layers – New Raster Layer

Selections – Select All

Open Tube “Grace’s_TLC_ShatteredDreams”

Edit – Copy

Edit – Paste – Paste Into Selection

Selections – Select None

Effects – Image Effects – Seamless Tiling.

Adjust – Blur – Radial Blur.

Effects – Plugins – Mehdi – Sorting Tiles.

Effects – Plugins – Filters Unlimited 2.0 AFS Import – sqborder2.

Effects – Image Effects – Seamless Tiling.

Image – Mirror – Mirror Vertical (Image Flip in earlier versions of PSP).

Layers – New Raster Layer

Selection Tool – Custom Selection.

Fill with the Backgroundcolor #8488b8

Selections – Select None

Effects – Plugins – VanDerLee – Unplugged X – Defocus – Default Settings.

Layer Palette: Change the Blend Mode of this Layer to Screen

Effects – Distortion Effects – Wave.

Effects – Edge Effects – Enhance.

Name your work and choose where to save it
