Preparations:
Open the Masks in PSP and minimize to tray
From PSP 14, 15 AND 16 there is no option for Image – Mirror & Image – Flip There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side There is a easy way to add the old Mirror and Flip options to the Image Menu I have written a tutorial you can find it HERE. From PSP 17 the option is back
Colors:
#b9cfdd #6c8fa8 #ffffff #000000
Note: When working with your own colors, play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion
Set your Foregroundcolor to #b9cfdd
Set your Backgroundcolor to #6c8fa8
Color Palette: Set your Foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) – Style: Sunburst.

Open a new transparent image of 900 x 600 px
Fill with the Gradient
Open Tube “nicole-mist-paysage-2013[1]”
Note: If you are using a tube of your make sure it is about the same size
Edit – Copy
On your work image: Edit – Paste As New Layer
No need to move.

Layers – Merge – Merge Visible
Effects – Plugins – Flaming Pear – Flood.

Layers – New Raster Layer
Fill with the Backgroundcolor (Right Mouse Click)
Layers – New Mask Layer – From Image – masker les 108 – Source luminance Checked – Invert mask data NOT checked
Layers – Merge – Merge Group.

Selection Tool – Selection Type: Ellipse
Make, at the Left side of your image a Selection like this:
Tip: After you have made your selection you can move it ( while holding down your Right Mouse button) with the Mover Tool.
Fill the Selection with the Backgroundcolor
Effects – Plugins – Carolaine and Sensibility – CS-LDots.
Selections – Modify – Contract 12
Effects 3D Effects – Cutout – Vertical 3 – Horizontal 3 – Opacity 50 – Blur – 20 – Fill interior with color NOT checked
Selections – Select None
Effects – Plugins – MuRa’s Meister – Copies.
It loosk about this now, if your Oval is too small or not wide enough you can resize it a bit bigger or use the Deformation Tool to make it wider (Shift+D)

If you are satisfied with your work:
Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked – 1 px – #ffffff
Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked – 2 px – #6c8fa8
Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked – 1 px – #ffffff
Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked – 2 px – #6c8fa8
Selections – Select All
Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked – 30 px – #ffffff
Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow – Vertical 3 – Horizontal 3 – Opacity 40 – Blur – 30 – Color – #6c8fa8
Repeat with the Vertical and Horizontal Offset to Minus 3
Selections – Select None
Effects – Plugins – Flaming Pear – Flood – Same settings as before but change the Horizon to 90.
