Preparations:
Open the Masks in PSP and minimize to tray
From PSP 14, 15 AND 16 there is no option for Image – Mirror & Image – Flip There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side There is a easy way to add the old Mirror and Flip options to the Image Menu From PSP 17 the option is back
Colors:

Note: When working with your own colors, play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion
Set your Foregroundcolor to #1b307a
Set your Backgroundcolor to #000040
Color Palette: Set your Foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) – Style: Radial.

The tutorial:
01
Open a new transparent image of 900 x 550 px
Fill with the Gradient
Layers – New Raster Layer
Selections – Select All
Open Tube “Jeanne_Woman_Jurri_22_02_2015”
Note: If you are using tubes and colors of your own, it is best to use the tube provided in the Materials for this step, otherwise the result will be different. You can colorize it to match your work.
Edit – Copy
On your work image: Edit – Paste Into Selection
Selections – Select None
Effects – Image Effects – Seamless Tiling – Preset Side by Side.
Adjust – Blur – Radial Blur.
Effects – Plugins – Mehdi – Sorting Tiles.

Layers – Duplicate
Image – Mirror – Mirror Vertical ( Image – Flip in previous PSP Versions)
Layer Palette – Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to “Multiply”.

Effects – Distortion Effects – Wave.
Effects – 3D Effects – Drop Shadow – Color #000000.

Open Tube “Tekst les 125 Blue Melody”
Edit – Copy
On your work image: Edit – Paste As New Layer
Effects – Image Effects – Offset.
Layer Palette – Double click on this Layer and set the Layer Opacity of this Layer to 40.

Layer Palette: Change the Backgroundcolor to #ffffff
Layers – New Raster Layer
Fill with the Backgroundcolor (Right Mouse Click)
Layers – New Mask Layer – From Image – MASK-MD-092.
Layers – Merge – Merge Group
Layer Palette – Double click on this Layer and set the Layer Opacity of this Layer to 40.

Fill with the Backgroundcolor (Right Mouse Click)
Layers – New Mask Layer – From Image – Masker les 125.
Layers – Merge – Merge Group
Layer Palette – Double click on this Layer and set the Layer Opacity of this Layer to 50

Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked – 1 px – Backgroundcolor #ffffff

Image – Resize – 90% – Resize all Layers not checked
Move to the Left .

Layer Palette: Click on the Middle Layer
Edit – Copy
On your work image: Edit – Paste As New Layer
Move to the Top Right corner like this:
Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked – 1 px – Foregroundcolor.#1b307a

Go back to Tube “tekst blue les 125”
Layer Palette: Click on the Top Layer
Edit – Copy
On your work image: Edit – Paste As New Layer
Effects – Image Effects – Offset:

Add your name or watermark
If you do not want to animate: Merge All Layers, save as JPG file and you’re done!

Layer Palette: Clik on the Flower Layer
Effects – Plugins – Xero – Fritillary.
Edit – Copy Special – Copy Merged (if you do not have this option: Layers – Merge all – Edit – Copy)
Go to Animation Shop (From now on called AS)
Edit – Paste As New Animation
Go back to PSP.

Undo the last command ( The Filter) ( If you – Merged and copied: undo the 2 last commands)
Effects – Plugins – Xero – Fritillary.
Edit – Copy Special – Copy Merged (if you do not have this option: Layers – Merge all – Edit – Copy)
Go to AS
Edit – Paste After Current Frame
Go back to PSP.
