Preparations:
Open the Mask in PSP and minimize to tray
From PSP 14 and higher versions there is no option for Image – Mirror & Image – Flip There is a new option but this does not give the same result except when the tube/image covers the whole image from side to side There is a easy way to add the old Mirror and Flip options to the Image Menu
Colors:
#eda8a4 #ffffff #000000
Note: When working with your own colors, play with the Blend Mode and/or Opacity at your own discretion
Set your Foregroundcolor to #eda8a4
Set your Backgroundcolor to #ffffff.

Open a new transparent image of 900 x 600 px
Fill with the Foregroundcolor #eda8a4.

Color Palette: Set your Foregroundcolor to Foreground/Background Gradient (Corel_06_029) – Style: Radial.
Layers – New Raster Layer
Fill with the Gradient.

On your work image: Edit – Paste As New Layer
Effects – Image Effects – Offset
Layer Palette – Double click on this Layer and set the Blend Mode to “Overlay”

Selection Tool – Rectangle – Custom Selection:
Fill with the Foregroundcolor #eda8a4.

Layer Palette – Click on the middle Layer
Edit – Copy
Minmize to tray, you need it again later
Edit – Paste as NEW IMAGE
Note: If you want to use a picture of your own make sure it is 157 x 157 px
Selections – Select All
Image – Add Borders – Symmetric checked – 20 px – Backgroundcolor #ffffff
Layers – New Raster Layer
Flood Fill Tool – 
Set the Opacity to 35
Fill the Selection with the Backgroundcolor #ffffff
Set the Opacity of the Flood Fill Tool back to 100
Selections – Modify – Contract – 14 px
Fill with the Backgroundolor #ffffff
Selections – Modify – Contract – 1 px
Edit – Cut (Or hit the Delete Key of your Keyboard)
Selections – Select None
Layers – Merge – Merge all (Flatten)
Edit – Copy!

Edit – Paste As New Layer
Image – Resize – 80% – Resize all Layers not checked
Effects – Image Effects – Offset
